This document contains all the rules and conditions governing use of the y11 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of terms and conditions of use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y11 platform — including the website, mobile app, games, Sports Betting, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Account creation terms and security responsibilities
To register an account with y11, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This platform is intended for adults only. y11 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of this minimum age requirement without compensation.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the y11 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited. If y11 detects that a user holds more than one account, all accounts in question may be suspended or terminated and any remaining balances may be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated. y11 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the user.
You are solely responsible for keeping your y11 account password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
User responsibilities and platform usage rules
Users of the y11 platform are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to exploit the y11 system is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, hack the system, or disrupt platform operations is a serious violation that may result in legal action in addition to account closure.
Users are also prohibited from sharing their account with anyone else, transferring account ownership to a third party, or operating an account on behalf of another person. All betting and gaming activity on the y11 platform must be carried out personally by the registered account holder.

Payment policy, deposits & withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the y11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). y11 accepts local deposit and withdrawal methods including DuitNow, bank transfers via FPX, and other approved payment options. Each transaction is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to the completion of user identity verification. y11 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of the terms of use.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. y11 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. Any fees charged by the user's bank or payment processor are the user's own responsibility.

This includes service interruptions, technical errors, data loss, or any circumstances beyond our control. y11's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
All content on the y11 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of y11 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from y11. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Y11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any terms in this document. This includes fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform. y11's decision regarding account closure is final.
The y11 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. y11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk, and y11 makes no warranties regarding the content or security of any external sites.
Amendments to terms and applicable law
